FBI name check still be late even after USCIS said it is almost no back logs as for 2009.?
I am still waiting on my Citizenship interview for almost 3 years and this is even after USCIS announced twice (in 2008 and beginning 2009)that they eliminate almost all backlogs.So,what is going on,are they lying?I don't see any improvement.
I am adding details for David.I am originally from Russia,has been living in US 10 years,but I don't get it why it should be any different?

It's probably your case is not among those "almost" all backlogs.They didn't say they eliminated all backlogs so there are still cases that are lagging behind.Hope they will work on yours soon.

There are not any assessments on the government branches, that's basically a fashion of advertising you on the thought we are living in a unfastened and democratic republic. the sole time which you're no longer a sufferer of a disfunctional government branch is that in case you have been buried. basically loss of existence won't do it. legal immigrants have fewer rights than unlawful immigrants. Get used to it. you will possibly desire to have run over the border. Now heavily, 3 years isn't too undesirable from what i understand. 5 years is approximately common and it may take ten years. remember all of those government workers have breaks to take and vacations and trip and then there is lunch.

You name probably is the same as a bad guy ...
The longest H visa check I know and that was 3 years was a Russian guy ...So you are not alone
