Where is the safest place to park at the FedEx Forum in Memphis?
I'm going to the American Idols Live concert in Memphis and I know that Memphis isn't the safest place in the world so I was just wondering where would be the safest place to park?

Contrary to popular myth, the Beale Street area of downtown Memphis is actually a pretty safe place these days. The FedExForum is located right behind Beale Street and there are a number of very close parking garages. There are two Peabody Place Garages that are good options. One is at 110 Peabody Place, the other at 250 Peabody Place. Peabody Place runs parallel to Beale Street, one block north. 250 Peabody place is slightly closer to the Forum, but either way, you will be walking through the main entertainment center for downtown Memphis. It will be full of people and well monitored.
