If you're in that much pain, don't waste time asking us--see a doctor.
If it hurts when you move, it could be sciatica, a torn muscle, or a pinched nerve.
If it hurts when stationary, it could be appendicitis, muscle cramps or spasms, intestinal cramps, a kidney infection, or your spleen. Or any of dozens of other more or less serious ailments.
Whatever, icing it until you can be seen won't hurt. Get some knowledgeable help, and good luck with it. Hope you're feeling better really soon...
