How much evidence is there of a spiritual realm? How much of God?

Some friends of mine have told me they have seen angels before. They seem to be sane people that would never lie. They definitely do not do drugs. One time I was lying in my bed on my stomatch with no one else in the room. Suddenly my legs were picked up so that only my chest and head were still on the bed, and I was dragged to the back of the bed by an invisible force. I am not saying this was an angel, but how much evidence of something is needed before it is considered proof?

Update:

I don't know if zero evidence is an acceptable answer. Shoot there is "evidence" of bigfoot. Such an answer seems preconceived and biased.

Update 2:

I do not suffer from delusions. I was a 4.0 student in college, with a 34 on the ACT in mathematics. I work an 8-5 job working with electronic insurance claims at a company in which I am a supervisor. I am seen as a stable, sound-minded person by Everyone who meets me. I own a home and a rental property. I am very logical and have a good head on my shoulders. I've never once done drugs.

A skeptic will discount personal experience, it is not physical proof. "Ghost Hunters" will use equipment to locate the supernatural, but these devices can be influenced by other things...how do you know whats doing it? You dont.

With that said, I am a believer in some things that can not be explained. I have experienced things that I can find no logical answer for. Does that mean its supernatural or spiritual...maybe. Or maybe its just something that science has yet to explain. I believe...others do not. But you are not likely to find "proof" either way.

it is considered evidence for when it confirms or against when it does not confirm . And the only evidence one has for a god is mental images contained in a believers mind , nothing physical has ever been shown of a god or a spiritual realm . And a lot of delusional people can become societies handy men , so to say you are a 4 pointer is not a big proof of anything and wow you never did drugs you must be a saint too !

personal experience is the only way people will believe in God and the spiritual realm (fight between good and evil).

and even then, they may deny it.

i think when God wants to reveal himself, that person will know without an doubt....like Saul did in the Bible.

Saul was part of the pharisees and was helping persecute Christians everywhere after Jesus' resurrection.

Jesus appeared before him, and asked why he was doing this. The light blinded Saul for days, until another Christian laid hands on him in prayer and shared the vision Jesus gave him for Saul.

You can read about it in Acts. its an amazing testimony that changed Saul forever.

Zero, on both counts -- never underestimate the human mind's capacity for self-deception.
