I totally believe you can hit it 300 yards. The younger you start playing the better your flexibility probably is. You match that with strength and good mechanics its very possible. However, the ball is not your problem. I would recommend taking some lessons to fix your slice. You couild buy a ball like the Pinnacle Soft Feel because its a little forgiving. However, if you really want to be a better golfer you have to continue to develop better mechanics

ok if you can hit it 300 yrds than you shouldnt wrry about the ball. the differences in balls really just affect you around the green. the only reason you would choose a pro v1 or nike 1 is to get better control withur short irons and wedges. . . if you want distance with less spin or slice pick a hard cover ball like top flite or try the new srixon z stars. and get rid of the slice.. . try changing ur swing path to an inside out swing. . . hitting a draw will add distance to ur drives.

When you asked this question a month ago you were hitting the ball 320. Now that you've backed off 20 yards I would suggest using the Nike One Platinum. Great distance and the most spin.

what does your age have to do with it? I don't think when you are buying a golf ball they are age specific. Go with the Nike one Platinum. That is what tiger uses
