    Anyone can be a tool. I am also a tool to those who want an explanation about why they were in violation of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

    A tool is a handy thing. And in order to have the job done correctly, you really need a tool.

    And no, I am not being silly :-)
