Dell inspiron 1520 ram upgrade?

which is more suited to this model

2gig per slot of pc2-5300 ddr2-667

or

2gig per slot of pc2-6400 ddr2-800

they are both the same price and compatible. thanks

    This is from Dell as a custom order? then the 2nd one

    Will you have the supporting bits and pieces for extra RAM?

    ifyou are ever in dout about the ram go to crucial.com they can with your permission scan your computer and tell you exactly what ram you have wht it can hold how many ports and the correct ram for your comp
