I just tried to sync my Ipod and it says that I need to delete songs because it's over capacity.?

Yet it doesn't have anything on it except to apps and "other" and it says other is taking up 4.18 GB. Does anyone know what other is?

    other taking up that space is very odd. I'd call apple customer support.

    other are videos, your ratings for songs, pictures, album pictures, any notes, contacts... those kinds of things
