I can't download Adobe Flash Player for Mozilla Fire Fox?
I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Player for my Mozilla Fire Fox HTML Browser. I get to this site, http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and then I download as it's instructed. The pop up only allows me to save the file, and then it goes under my Mozilla Downloads. From there, I try clicking on the download and nothing happens. Under Mozilla downloads it's listed as "install_flash_player.exe" I've been trying this and clearing downloads before I download again and still nothing is working. Does anybody know what I should be doing?

To solve your problem of Adobe Flash Player not updating or installing, do the following. First go to the Adobe web site. Find the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller and SAVE it to your desktop. Do not install the Adobe Unstaller from the web site! Close the Adobe web site. Now go to your desktop and install and run the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller. This will remove all remnants of prior Flash Player installs on the hard drive and the registry. These remnants were what was causing your problems. Now go to the CNET web site. CNET is a safe site and has great downloads of most available freeware. On CNET find the latest Adobe Plash Player available and once again, save it to your desktop. Now go to your desktop and install the Flash Player and you should now be able to watch videos, movies and hear music. Hope this information was helpful for you. I found it to be the only clear solution to the Adobe Flash Player install problem. good luck!

Make sure any previous Flash Player is uninstalled from your system. Under Control Panel Add/Remove Programs - remove it.
Reboot your computer.
Go to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ and download again. If you use the main download page it sometimes has issues with the file - by manually selecting your OS you generally have better luck.

There are 2 diverse variations of flash participant - a million for Firefox and a million for IE so which you would be able to desire to open IE and set up Flash participant for IE from there. If Flash nonetheless does not artwork in IE then obtain the Flash participant Uninstaller application software from Adobe (link in components decrease than), close IE and Firefox and run the applying software to absolutely do away with Flash. Restart your computer and verify that Flash is now no longer on your checklist of put in courses. Now reinstall the latest version returned in Firefox and in IE separately, could desire to artwork ok now.

The program is already installed in your system through IE, Firefox just need the plugins to use flash. Check it in "Tools/Add-ons/Plugins. If you can see "Shockwave Flash 10.0.22.87,which is the latest version, you have flash for FF. Most of the case for a clean install or update of the player, you have to remove the old version using the flash uninstaller

Clean both IE and FF, download it here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ .Open IE ( you like it or not, there are sites, that needs IE much more than FF) get the player. Close IE , open FF,go back to the downloading page and repeat the processus .Check it through Tools.
