Yes, the cooking moron is back again....at least when you buy it from the supermarket it has instructions on the back, even if it is tasteless.....

    into a very hot oven for 20 minutes, then turn down to 180 and roughly 15-20 per lbs depending on how pink you want it. Take out and leave to stand covered with foil for about 20 minutes too.
