How amazing is that new single, Go Gently. I'd have to rate it 10 and I'm not a huge Robbie fan but it really is amazing. How do you rate Robbie?

I've just been upstairs and dug a onsie out of the bedroom drawers! Feeling cold tonight. But I can't put the heating on in Speptember!!

Dreadful sad story here - one week old baby killed by a dog bite - a single dog bite.

Now neighbours are saying the dogs were wonderful (and I have no doubt they were - I'm a huge dog lover) but please God tell me when people will realise why they think its right to leave dogs with babies/toddlers. Much as I love dogs, they are still pack animals and still basically a wild creature.

Dogs with children around should always be observed closedly at all times - sadly this poor little boy lost his life (I had a grandson born a week ago) and I can't even begin to understand how this poor family feel but I would never ever even have the dog in the house whilst a young baby was around unless there was FULL ADULT SUPERVISION around.

Rest in peace poor little man.

I had a shellac manicure done earlier tonight. I've managed to pick half a nail off as the side was loose. I need to shift the lot as I have an appointment tomorrow where I simply can't show up with vile nails.

How do I get the stuff off so I can just do a quck simple French manicaure please ..........

I'm currently using a Silka spray which contains vitamins etc but it doesn't seem to stop the tangling of my long hair.

Any suggestions for anything else most welcome - and yes, I use a gallon of conditioner everytime I wash my hair too.

I have a sheet of toughened glass to get rid of (don't ask - it was a two level coffee table and I caught the bottom layer on something when I dismantled it and it shattered - totally amazing to see but I don't really want to do the same with this piece!) its about 6 foot long by roughly 2 wide. Not sure I want to put it in the car to take to the tip - any ideas on how to safely break it whilst contained please so I can transport it? Thanks!

I know a young family, not much money, 5 year old son and I would like to give them a bit of a hamper at Christmas. I have nice biscuits and chocolates, a pudding, tinned ham and salmon.

Would like a few more ideas please if anyone can help. I'd like things they are obviously likely to like/use but probably can't afford.

I'm looking for one of those ladies hats with a fur rim that goes round the head like a headband and has a blacked out sort of top bit???? Anyone know what I am on about and what I can search for please??

I personally don't believe in this stuff, but my daughter went to one today and she came back and told me stuff about MY childhood he told her that no way he could ever know (and no, she didn't know it either!!) Believe or disbelieve? I'm veering towards believing because I have no real choice. But its a tad scary!

I've had a stinkin cold (that my wonderful boss bought into the office) that turned into an ear and chest infection and I just KNOW that my job share has done the minimun in the last two days (she always does) and I feel like I still need a couple of days off. Sadly if I don't go in it puts serious pressure on another (innoecent) member of staff. Thoughts?
