Good excuse not to go to work tomorrow!"!!!!!?
I've had a stinkin cold (that my wonderful boss bought into the office) that turned into an ear and chest infection and I just KNOW that my job share has done the minimun in the last two days (she always does) and I feel like I still need a couple of days off. Sadly if I don't go in it puts serious pressure on another (innoecent) member of staff. Thoughts?
Well, I was good and went! Flippin Boss came in AGAIN with yet another stinking cold though - going on to Ebay to buy some face masks!!
Reality - I take your comment on board. You are spot on - this is a situation which needs addressing. Thank you.

Hi Sal,
sounds to me like the real issue here is some animosity towards your jobs share ?
I suggest you somehow - in a tactfull way - read the riot act to your jobshare stating your feeling under the weather could she cover for you and do a little extra just for a couple of days ?
pointing out that if the situation were reversed ?.......
get well soon x

your ill, just take the time off... youd cover for someone I'm sure...
I'm pretty sure tomorrow is all saints day or something like that. so you could always say your taking it off for religious reasons, and if any1 complains then they are being discriminatory... enjoy your ly-in =]
