Sometimes you see child vamps in books and TV (Anita Blake, Buffy, Interview with a Vampire, maybe more), but I never see baby Vampires.
And would there be Nursing? Would vampires be members of the La Leche League? or would they be members the La Sangre League.
And would the La Leche League be offended?

Vampires only consume a baby's blood, better than a virgin. They don't sire baby's because they are way too young to be able to feed to survive.
