I was looking around at random videos on youtube,and i came across some weird videos that are supposed to make you high and hallucinate.do these videos work?and if they do,how so? are they harmful to your brain in any way?

If you look up "halucinegenic drugs" in an encyclopedia, I am certain you won't find anything about "weird YouTube videos".
