On Big Brother, can the Power of Veto winner be put on the block?

No the POV has immunity

No it has not. THe only time the power of veto winner has been voted off was bb3 Marcellis chose not to use the power of veto when he was on the block himself and was voted off. The stupidest move in bb history ever. But the power of veto winner has immunity

No, the person who wins the Power of Veto decides to take someone off the block or not. If they do take someone off, one of the other members has to go up on the block. If there were a chance the POV holder could go up on the block after taking someone off, I don't think anyone would even use it. POV holds power and security.

i have never seen it occur that a veto winner use it (a non-nominated member) and be put on th eblock after saving someone...my husband thinks it is the winner is immune, and if he uses it on another person, they are as well immune, but I can't see it happening that way- two people saved by one veto.

example-- michelle (not this week's winner) wins veto while jeff and boobies are on the block, michelle saves boobies, and kevin is a replacement....michelle could be placed up after giving up veto to save boobies

i thought the only close case was when dick and danielle were both nom'd; he gave veto to danielle and was replaced, and the replacement went packing

Yes, the first season they had POV, the person that won it, could be put up. NObody used it, unless one of the two people that are up

They changed that, because nobody would use it, unless the HOH knew about it

So they changed it, that the winner of the POV can not put up
