Will "Merlin" air on BBC America if NBC decides against picking up the second season?
Since "Merlin" has not received very high ratings (which in my honest opinion is due to NBC's poor promotion of the series and its horrible time slot) is there any chance that it will air on BBC America if NBC drops it? If not, what do you think the BBC will do about its dedicated overseas viewers? They can't just leave us in the dark after airing an entire season!

Personally, I think that Merlin is going to end up just like Crusoe mainly due to the reasons you stated above.
BBC has already ordered a second season of Merlin (done in December 2008). It will air in the fall this year on BBC.
