Pc Wont turn on HELP!!!!?

I have a Problem with my pc

here is my story
Last night i installed some programms and had to reboot the pc after that and than this happend!! so left it and went to bed next morning it happend again so i popped in the vista disc and it booted up so i thought it was fine and i shut it down like 1 hr later. Now i come to my pc and it happens again, note that i installed windows vista 2 days ago on this new pc. I tryed the vista disc again but it just wont boot up im fustrated because i dont wanna reinstall windows vista again cuz i just did it 2 days ago when i got my new pc and had to renistall my hdd, now i got all my dada on it again and i dont wanna move it again and reinstallthis crap does anyone have an idea what this could be and how to fix it?? thanks
i did that when the pc was running it weird cuy it worked fine yesterday and i tryed to restore to yesterday and its still like that
im 100% sure there is no virus on this computer because i completely reinstalled it 2 days ago as i got this pc new! also i got 2 gb of gaming ram this is an gaming pc

dude your really screwed....
not really ... i've done this before... i set the video card resolution too high also...
boot to safe mode in windows... f8 while its booting up(hit it like several times in one sec)...
then change your screen resolution under display properties....
try that...

I think you ether have a hell of a virus or your computer does not have enough RAM to run vista

looks like you got a custom pc , you probably need to install/re-install all the drivers for the your "built in or video card" 1st.
