No way! I didn't know that people eat them. I find pigs disgusting, so I can't imagine eating them, or their feets!! Ewwww

No, never had them, but funny that I have a recipe with that in it. It's in a health book matter of fact. The book is by two doctors, Brascoe and Rubin. Just checked and see Rubin is a naturopathic doctor and a nutritional consultant. It is funny that pigs feet are supposed to be healthy---I can't imagine why. The recipe was in a soup. Rubin also wrote The Maker's Diet. The two books are especially for people who have digestive ailments and need as much help as possible. The only recipe that I cook out of the two books is a curry chicken with brown rice that has coconut milk in the sauce---very good!....but I make it my own way.

I haven't but I am pretty sure they clean them before eating.

Have you ever eaten ground beef? Because really, you have probably eaten worse without knowing it.

Ask Elvis, they were favoured by him as a delicacy. He would have his cook whip him up a dozen in the middle of the night. They take a lot of cooking but they are on the menues of the best restaurants in the world.

Source(s): (it's not a joke). They don't generally pickle them either
