will credit score increase?

i will be having a bankruptcy removed from my credit after 10 yrs, will this increse my score? I also have alot of medical in collections,though, how does that effect the scores, anyone with real knowledge on the subjst know..

    Your score will increase but not by a lot, 90% of scores are based on the last 24-months of activity so anything that is so old that it's dropping off your report is not really having that much affect anymore not even a bankruptcy.

    As far as the medical is concerned any collections have a derogatory affect on credit scores especially those that are 24-months or newer.
