I need relationship advice...?

So, to start, I have to say, I'm not the type of woman who falls for everyone she dates. I've only had one proper relationship prior to my current boyfriend, and I can't say that I've ever really genuinely fallen for anyone before. Now, as for my current boyfriend, I've known him for nearly three years, and we've been dating for about ten months. It's occurred to me that yes, I really do love this guy. But given that that sort of thing has never happened before, I don't know what to do. Should I tell him this? Would it be weird since he hasn't said anything to the same effect?
