Toshiba CF32G50 will come on but screen blue untill you hit the side.?

You ma y have to hit the side for a minute or two but once it stays on it will be fine untill you turn the tv off and it cools down. I took the back off and if you take a screw driver and tap the metal bow where the cable hooks up it flickers. If you tap other things sometimes it flickers too. Any common problems anyone know of. Thank you

    Cold solder joint or other bad connection.

    It is extremely unlikely that you can fix this yourself safely. Take it to a qualified repair shop.
