Where can I get a "completely" free ad-ware and spy-ware removal?

I tried downloading Lavasoft's free Ad-aware, but then they want you to choose from a list of things for you to join or buy. THAT IS NOT FREE!

    You can download many free Ad-aware and Spy-ware removal software at www.download.com. If you make sure to click free on the left side of the page you can find many free and effective programs.

    malwarebytes, spyboy search and destroy, adaware, AVG anti virus.

    As mentioned before, you can get all these things from www.download.com
