Internet Explorer--font size is huge?

Yesterday it was normal but now when I open IE, the font is huge and all the pages are too big to fit on the screen. How do I fix this? I didn't change any setting so am not sure why this happened.

    If you press CTRL and 0 (the one by the backspace) at the same time, it should reset the font size.

    click on "View > Font Size > change it to your desired size.

    hold Ctrl and scroll the mouse roller down

    Hold down CTRL and roll the button on your mouse. you probably did this inadvertently.
