Birthday party problem..Food?

I have guests.. someone allergic to wheat-- someone allergic to dairy and someone (least of my concerns) who likes nothing (no hotdogs, burgers) likes pizza but, that leaves out the other two

I am thinking chinese food buffet and let everyone deal with it themselves! None of these people are the birthday girl

--Need original ideas-- themes or food ideas

Allergic to dairy- Chevre pizza bites:

Ciabatta bread brushed with extra virgin olive oil chevre cheese on top with tomato and bazil toast in oven for 10 minutes. Mix fresh garlic in with the chevre cheese and a little bit of parsley (so yummy)

mini tri tip sandwiches on sourdough rolls, fruit trays, veggie trays, bruschetta, PB& J bites cut out with cookie cutters,

Pitchers filled with ice cold water and cucumbers floating on top (totally refreshing)

Freeze raspberries in ice cubes and put in fruit juice or water

Since it is summer, why don't you have a tropical birthday party!

It can have mango, pineapples, coconuts, and bananas.

You can also serve different fishes like salmon if it is a dinner or else tuna for a more lunch like thing.

You can then make it more festive by buying leis and tiki tourches.

How about a middle eastern theme? Hummus with pita and veggies to dip. Other food like baba ghannouj, kabobs, falafel, etc.

And if you get a hookah that can be a fun activity
