I'm having lack of boyfriend blues ?

I've been told that I'm attractive and fun, but I have never had a boyfriend. I'm still in school and lately I have become very tired of it, and wish I had someone that understood me better. I feel really pathetic for posting this, but I just feel so lonely. I'm older than most of the people at my school, the guys are all immature or not right for me. What should I do and were could I go to find someone?
