Can't delete a "secret" folder on Windows (Vista)!?

So I was experimenting with making an "invisible" folder that you had to know about to find. The problem is, now I can't delete it. I can change the icon and whether it's hidden or not, but it is stuck on read-only and will not delete. I can't hit the delete button, I can't drag it to the trash, it never goes to the trash. I go to properties and it say's it's read-only. When I try to turn it top regular and hit apply, when I reopen properties it's read-only again! Help!

P.S. No Vista-bashing please.

Download Unlocker, this will let you delete anything, even things that are locked or being used by other services.
