How would you rate Onyewu's first game?

He was adequate he took some headers, cleared the ball a couple of time. Had a nice slide tackle but on the goal he looked suspect. He didn't do anything for me to say wow, but he didn't hurt himself. The jury is still out and it is still preseason. Hopefully he will get more minutes.

Out of a 10, a 4. He messed up badly on the first goal. He just made one mistake, but that's all. Anyways we lost, that's it. Every game Onyewu will get better. Just give him some time and you'll be seeing him improve.

I think he did okay, he didn't cover his man and a goal was scored. He did not do great but I think he will only improve. I am iffy about seeing him as a forward, but hopefully he gets better. All that matters is the score at the end of the game and not the "almost" or "could have been".

aw damn! onyewu was playing and i completely missed it??? ah i can't believe it!!! i'm so f*ckin pissed after hearing this. i didn't think he's join up with the team for a while though for some odd reason.

he didnt do good didnt do bad, he played like the rest of the team which was average close to sub par. Hopefully they will rebound and hopefully gooch will get some more mins.

not too good.the whole team played horrible to tell you the truth.gattuso was terrible.zambrotta also.I'm glad they only play like this in preseason.

I think gooch is rusty also.we will see a better level of play from him and the rest of the team soon.it takes time.

crappy losing is one never to rate well plus he watched the other guy score because he was out of position

it was acceptable, even though i agree with you that it WAS his mistake on the first goal
