Did Obama talk about the proposed mandatory senior counseling to help them end their life sooner?

Call everyone you want a liar, but it's in the docs.

No, silly. He's not going to tell us that. It'll be a surprise.

It's called "End of Life" planning and anyone with half a brain does it. It's when you make sure your affairs are in order. Some people plan and pre-pay their funerals. You make sure your will or trust is up to date, that someone has your durable power of attorney and/or medical power of attorney. You make arrangements for hospice care. (That's what's being shown in your link. You go into hospice care when your death is eminent and you pre-approve what that care is to be. Most people opt for painkillers and withholding of food. This only happens at that point when the person's body is actually shutting down. The person is comatose and unresponsive. They may have a heartbeat for a day or two but their minds and maybe their souls have already passed on. They are in the process of dying and there's no way to bring them back. You're probably young and have never interacted much with old folks or have any idea what their needs are. Hospice is a wonderful thing for both the dying and for their families.)

End of Life Planning is what older grownups do so their heirs are fully informed and legally prepared for their deaths. It ensures that a person can die in peace without having to spend their last conscious moments worrying about anything. It has nothing to do with sending Grampie out into the woods to die, with ending someone's life prematurely.

My dad had the so-called end of life counseling. I have no problem with it. I respected is right to die in the manner he wanted to go...in peace without all the tubes and machines hooked up.

Right now, get your telephone book, and look in the Yellow Pages under Hospice Care. Then look it up on Wikipedia. In case you're too lazy, hospice is a form of care that provides terminal patients with pain control and palliative care. We already have it, and Medicare pays for it. It's been around for at least 15 years. No one is suggesting euthanasia.
