My husband bought a car and had it registered in his name, but insurance is in both of ours. If the police were to run the plates would only my husbands name show up or both of ours? Can the police pull me over? Just because it's only in his name? Thank you.

My father lives in another state from me, my mother died about 2 years ago and since then people in my family has scammed my father during his time of grieving, He is 82 years of age. They have took so many of his personal items even though he made a will i am worried that he isn't going to have any money left to be buried when he passes away. I do have his SS number. our ac unit as far as we know is over 7 years old. Before it was blowing luke warm air, blowing through the vents strong. we cleaned the filter the evaporator coils, the unit we cleaned outside too the coils. Last night we had someone recharged the system for freon, he said the compassor is weak. He said let it run should take a while for the house to cool down. Now that is all he did was recharge the system. After he left, the air blowing through the vents is weak, little cool air. In the furance where the coils are is dry. no condisation. We can not afford a new AC unit. What could the problem be? Thanks for your help

My employer changed the way he pays his employees..he calls it commission pay and that is how we get paid weekly now. I worked 50 hours a week and my pay check was 235.00 I can't live on this..even if cut every ones rate of pay..But by law doesn't he have to pay the states min wage isn't that what it is placed there for? what can i do?

I have no credit cards, own a house (making payments) But I have 50,000 in medical debt. Can I file bankruptcy and still be able to keep my home..

Why wasn't she protesting, when our troops were still at war with Obama in office? Where was her camping equipment and her rants and protesting? Is this bias because of a Democrat President? Where were the protesters for the past 3 years when Obama is President to bring the troops home? He brings them home right before re election go figure right..

Our house is clean, but we do have 2 cats and 2 dogs, and accidents do happen, our house is smelly not gonna lie, But at my son's school the one teacher is complaining that my son smells like cat. I wash my sons uniform separate from everyone Else's, and his shoes go into a shoe box when he gets home. This one teacher brings him to the nurses office and complains day after day.

I even washed his uniform at the laundry mat just in case and his clothes are sealed up in a bag. Now on top of this my son has asthma, the cold weather in the morning triggers it, and he has been tested for being allergic to cats and dogs and found out that he isn't.

This teacher called Child and Protective Service on us for having a dirty home. Like i said our house is clean, but we do need new carpet and we do steam clean...

Can they take my kids away because of this? I couldn't let her in my house today because I had to go to work and I told her so. my son is 12 and my daughter is 15

My mother in law has 5 kids, she told all the kids that upon her death, the house would be left to all of them, and to divide up the money or see what ever is fit, or agreed upon for someone to live there.

My father in law died 12 years ago.

not until recently we found out the one sister was added to her mortgage/deed. Now what happens if her mother dies, will she be left with the house because her name is on it too? or is all 5 kids still have any rights to the home...All five kids are in the will and stated they all get shares in the home.

did the sister in law pull a fast one on the rest of the 4 kids?

On Saturday, I was at a get together with family, and a boy that I knew from school came up to me and we hung out for a bit. He asked me for my number and i gave him my home phone and cell phone number. and he gave me a kiss. we somewhat have a mutual friend, but as of now she doesn't like me, and I am worried that she might per sway him on not asking me out...He told me he wanted to ask me out..but I haven't heard from him..How long does it take for a guy to call you? I was at work and my husband was home with the kids, my daughter is 15 years old, she asked my husband if she could go to the park, he said yes, but be home in an hour, he asked her if she was meeting anyone at the park she said no. She did not have a cell phone on her at the time.

at this time it was 4 30 pm

at 6 30 pm my husband goes to the park and does not see her there, and drives around in the neighborhood looking for her, and could not find her. My husband calls me at work asking for more of her friends phone numbers and asked if i could come home at 7 pm.

none of her friends have seen her, no one has heard from her, there is a high school play at intermission they made an announcement anyone has seen her.

no one has..we drove to the park and asked if any one has seen her and the people there said no.

about 8 15 we called the police...and started to make a report...

about 8 45 pm she showed up at home..mean time a father calls and said they said they saw her walking in the woods with some guy and another girl.

we asked were she was she said she met up with some friends at the park and went to there house..and why didn't she call to let us know..

some of her friends said we over reacted..as a parent i don't think we did..what is your thoughts thanks for your help
