Does anyone know of a good web tracker for home computer?

I have 2 teenage kids at home for like a good hour before i come home from work..Does anyone know of a good computer tracker or key logger any of that sorts.

    There is this one called Parental Software.

    Also, if you are tech savvy, and have 2 PC's you can get Ardamax.

    You can not have an anti-virus, and trust me, there aren't any free good ones.
