how good or bad are this meals for the day?

this are the meals i've had so far this week:

monday

sandwich with ham lettuce coleslaw tomato and onion

pasta and chicken with peppers and onions

3 apples throughout the day as a snack

tuesday

2 custard cream biscuits

pasta and chicken with peppers and onions

smoothie

soup with brown bread

wednesday

2 slices of brown bread

sandwich with ham lettuce coleslaw onions and tomato

panini with ham and cheese

apples for a snack

thursday

yoghurt

slice of brown bread

(thats it so far)

how healthy or unhealthy are these meals cos i'm trying not to put on weight as i have a wedding coming up and i need to fit into a dress i'm borrowing?

    i've got been eating one or 2 food an afternoon for many of my existence.i do no longer see how human beings can consume 3 or greater.Lol I even have an particularly undesirable urge for nutrition.yet in addition drink particularly some water via the day.you may see a doctor or nutritionist and function them make you a meal plan.or perhaps you may unfolded the nutrition via the day.

    that's healthy enough. you should try on that dress to see if it fits. If it doesn't fit then... well, i couldn't say go on a diet and not eat a lot... if it doesn't fit then you should try to find a new dress... fast
