U.S. Government Funds $400,000 Study on Gay Sex in Argentina Bars?

I only ask why?

is this kind of money needed to be spent?

Obama is out of control and he needs to be stopped some how.

Gosh, I wonder if you noted that this study began in SEPTEMBER 2008?

Bush was out of control! Thank God he was stopped!

    From the article:

The study began in September 2008, according to an online abstract, and has already cost taxpayers $198,776, NIH documents show.

The National Institute of Health has its director appointed by the president. And since this started in 2008 it would be Dr. Elias A. Zerhouni who approved the funding. Dr. Zerhouni was appointed by Bush in 2002.

Once again, your attempt to blame all our problems on Obama is an obvious partisan attack with no basis in reality.

Because there's a zillion gay American tourists here and there's a high risk they take AIDS back home. You don't see the US caring about up poor Argentinians, do you?

Wow, that's almost as much as what the secret service bill was for when they found bill clinton's semen on monica lewinsky's dress.

edit; which did indeed look like a conspiracy at the time.
