How do you say "Soul Eater" in Chinese?

I was told that the game Suikoden is based on a Chinese Classic called the Water Margin. In Suikoden one of the characters has a rune called the Soul Eater. I want to search the chinese word or words to see if I can dig a bit deeper.

噬魂师 pronunciation is "shi hun shi"

    噬(shi) is like "eat"...

魂(hun) means soul here,or it means ghost as well

师(shi) means master ......you can ignore the meaning though....:P

    hope it helps anyway
