What state has the most rainfall and how many days out of the year does it rain?
I was just wondering which state here in the United States has the most rainfall per year, and how many days out of the year does it rain there...on average?
Any responses would be great.

This is a great site that tells you the most/least annual rainfall per unit area. I don't know how the NOAA or anyone would necessarily measure the amount of days per year per state, but this is a good site that might be what you're looking for.
