Wash in tub. Rinse and then outside to dry. There will be no smell!

yeah just chuck them in the washing machine..
i do it all the time after a few months of walking around in mud (being winter)
doesn't leave a smell and they look much better!
also there's powder you can get for your shoes to stop the smell

Not sure what a "trainer" is,but if it's white i'm sure some Clorox/Bleach could help,no?
