Only if Clarkson makes a firm promise (a commitment) to scrap the 70mph speed limit on our motor ways.
I want the outside lane to be 100mph minimum speed.
In other words, if you cannot do the tun plus, keep left etc.
. . .in yer dreams. . .still, you can do it at night.

YES PRIME MINISTER!
Lets face it, he couldn't be anymore useless than Gordon Brown . . .
- BeastieLv 71 decade ago
And all not in favour say not in a million bloody years.
Brown's not exactly brilliant and never really has been, but Clarkson is no more qualified for the job than I am. That and the fact that he's a self opinionated and pompous git who needs swearing to emphasise his point suggests he'd be more suited to what he already does; journalism and television.

Yes Prime Minister
....BUTTTTT
only, if, he, makes, everything, work, faster!! <<(best read in a clarkson voice)

I think Clarkson's hilarious, but I don't want him in charge of the country.

No. He's car-obsessed to the point of tedium. This country and its landscape isn't suited to car-crammed roads and congestion. Railways are far better and suited to its landscape. We invented the damn things but have disregarded them in favour of a piece of metal on wheels which leads to the atomization of society.
