If it resembles a gun does it need a orange tip?
Always wondered this, if a fake gun made of cardboard, or any other material is carried out in the streets with no orange tip can you get in trouble with the law? I know it's made out paper and cardboard so, can someone really get confused with it as a real gun and then get you shot, or arrested?

YOU COULD GET SHOT. But you cant get arrested unless you make it seem as though you are a threat. Such as robbing a bank (bad scenario but who cares) or just pretending xD. Trouble but not arrested unless you threat someone and misbehave in public.

You could get shot if people think your a threat to them. But no you can't get arrest.

If there is a possibility that a reasonable person distinguishes it as a gun, then yes.
