No, you do not need any vaccinations to go to a tourist resort in Mexico.

Going to Cancun is like going to Miami.. it is NOT REALLY BEING IN MEXICO... and no, you don't need any shots to go there.

well, you really nee shots cuz in Mexico there's swine flu and you need shots to get protected. so they should give you shots. if they didn't, you need to get shots.
