I'm 5 foot 10 inches tall and my weight is 135 lbs. Is that a safe weight for a male?

I want to get down to 125 lbs. I don't like the least bit of fat on me at all. I look at myself and still see myself fat. I feel alright. I eat one meal a day of less then 1000 calories. But it's healthy food. Like peanuts and apples and peaches and I drink a quart of milk a day. I just want to be thinner. People say I have a problem but I don't think so. There isn't anything wrong with being skinny.

you are REALLY SKINNY, i recommend you join a gym and get yourself some muscle, not fat. Why are young people obsessed with being fat...and your all so skinny, is sickening.

I believe a more appropriate weight for your height is 150-180, depending on your frame.

You ARE skinny to the point where its bordering unhealthy already, but in my personal opinion, you're waaaaay too thin....gross thin. 125 would make you holocaust-like.

There's nothing wrong with being thin, but you seem to take it to a level that it shouldn't be at. I would sit down and talk to someone so maybe you could get to the route of any issues you may [most likely] have.
