Parsips & comparible flavors?

What does a parsip taste like?

What do you usually use them for/with?

Any particular recipes you usually put them in?

I like to roast carrots and parsnips. The tastes are quite different but the presentation is colorful and fun. The parsnips need far less time than do the carrots, but I put them in the same serving dish, carrot then parsnip then carrot and so forth until your done. It looks like orange and white carrots and, believe me, even finicky kids will try them.

They taste like a cross between a carrot, a radish and a sweet potato. I love them in chicken soup. Add them with the carrots, a little less parsnip than carrot.
