I have been shopping for rackets recently and I didn't find anything good from Babolat, Wilson or Prince for under $100. :(
You may want to look at the Head Liquidmetal Radical Midplus it is only $70 or the Dunlop Aerogel 200 for $80
I think you should get a new one because you really can tell if the used one is damage or not.

You should go for a head racquet. Head is one of the better brands to me. I use a head liquid metal and i made it to 3.0(18) in four seasons!

Dunlop court tours, most people would go straight for Wilson, but truly dunlop does the job reallyyy well. ive been using dunlop court tours for 5 years, they're great for under $100

You can find any decent last generation racket for under $100, for instance a Ncode PS

your best for that price range is the head liquid metal radical. its currently a top seller. I use it and i play college tennis, Andre Agassi use to use it, and a guy on our team plays with it and he won state 3 times with it in HS. its a solid raquet. Can't go wrong with it.
