Can you co-title but not co-loan a car?
Just wondering if its possible to have a car signed/titled in two different names, but the loan just be put under one of the other persons name.

Nope......If there are two on the loan then there needs to be two on the title......

different states might have different title laws but in arizona the person or persons name on the title are the owners and one name cannot be on a loan unless the other person is willing to sign as well.
