Should Obama be charged with tax evasion?

He wrote in his book that he sold Crack. Did he file his profits on his taxes. Also he should be charged for receiving Government benefits illegally. He never put that he had the income from illegal drug dealing on his taxes and Im sure when he filed for Fafsa and grants / scholarships he Miss represented his earning then.

Isn't that tax evasion etc?

Update:

Za za read his book.

Update 2:

But don't buy it!

For sure! He's lied every other way it would be foolish to think he didn't evade TAXES also! To list every thing else the man & wife have avoided would fill a few Gay Pages! HA! HA!

If a sitting president brought charges against his opponent in a race it would start another civil war, regardless of the legitimacy of the charges. Obama and Romney both know this, so even if Romney did commit a crime you won't see anything about it for at least a few years after the election.

    Corpus delicti rule

[In the Anglo-American legal system, the concept has its outgrowth in several principles. Many jurisdictions hold as a legal rule that a defendant's out-of-court confession, alone, is not sufficient evidence to prove the defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. ]

[A corollary to this rule is that an accused cannot be convicted solely upon the testimony of an accomplice. Some jurisdictions also hold that without first showing independent corroboration that a crime happened, the prosecution may not introduce evidence of the defendant's statement.]

It never ceases to amaze me how far some of the Rightists will reach to make our President look bad. Why don't we try for logic and reality for a while?

To answer your question, if he sold it for a loss or a break even basis, then there is no harm, no foul, as far as income taxes, or government benefits go. You will have to dig a little deeper to find the truth.

Try something else. You might have better success.

Did he really write that he sold crack? I had not heard that. If that is true, I have lost all faith in 68 million people.

    Wow! Just wow!
