DYK: Politics is a Competition?

John Adams said in a letter to Jonathan Jackson in 1789, "there is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution." Adams even said, "I must study politics and war, so our sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy."

When we resolve to splitting this nation as we have done and refuse to listen to the wisdom of our forefathers thinking ourselves more wise, then we divide our nation to where it cannot stand. All good gifts come from above and America has been given many good gifts and truly a blessed nation, but evil has crept in. The ignorance of money, credit and the circulation of it by the greedy money changers who sparse words and twist writings and build pyramids of confusion to distort will bring down any nation. Exalting and trusting money changers is weakness, ignorance and the downfall of every nation. To listen to men who tell you debt is good is the same as hearing evil is good. Credit is the greatest slavery known in America. Credit is that popular word meaning debt.
