is Crank" by Ellen Hopkins a good book?

It is a good book, but not a "usual" good book. While I was reading it, and it's sequel Glass, I was actually thinking, "this girl's life cannot possibly get any worse, why can't it just end now?" By the second book, I actually hated the main character, that's how angry I was at her, but I had to keep reading, because the book was so captivating. Even so i would recommend it, because it's one of those books that everyone should read. Just don't pick it up if you're in the mood for a happy-go-lucky book.

One thing's for sure, reading that was enough to scare me away from ever doing drugs.

Omg! "Crank" by Ellen Hopkins is a AMAZING book. i loved it. along with 10 of my friends. it caught my eye and im the kind of person that hates reading but when i picked up Crank i couldnt put it down. i finished in a day. i read it throughout school i would get in trouble for not putting it down. i promise you you will love the book along with all her other books!

its an awesome book, all her books. especially "burned" its the third book in the series and it is awesome. you will love it. its not addictive but its really good.
