Can this be done between computers?

I have two computers on opposite sides of my house. The XP computer is connected to the AT&T DSL modem, and a printer. The Vista computer is ran off the wireless USB port. Can these computer share communication to use the printer?

If so can you please explain to me in detail of how to make them work together?

    Yes, just share the printer in XP, then go to the add printer menu in Vista, choose to add a network printer, and you'll be able to install the printer from there.
