What makes my Senators think that they could oppose someone that the ABA has determined to be well-qualified?

My senators being Jim Bunning and Mitch McConnell.

    It is a free Country,they can oppose who they want. It is there right.

    The American Basketball Association? Or the Bar Association?

    Either way, neither can figure out what is qualified of a public servant given their respective professions.

    And Dems are starting to oppose his policies as well.
