beta thallasemia,diagnosed recently?

what should i do now i was diagnosed beta thalasemic should i take folic acid forever

it is said there is no diagnose for this disease and it is by birth

yeah i am an aspiring pilot they have grueling medical tests so that is where i found out i have beta thallasemia so i wanted to know what is deficient in us that i need to do something about it like taking some mineral or something

i am already taking folic acid because someone said so

    Consult haematologist/. Why did u use diagnose in ur question ur already diagnosed.DO U MEAN CURE?

    there is no curative treatment. Its genetic disorder.

    Generally, it's not recommended that you feed your fish until 24 hours after it's been moved into its new home. If it's been longer than that and your fish still isn't eating, he might be just taking a little longer to adapt to the new environment, or he doesn't like or is unfamiliar with the type of food you're giving him. I'd ask the store where you bought the fish what they feed him, and pick up some of that. Keep trying, he should come around sooner or later, but don't let any food he hasn't eaten sit in the tank for too long- take it out again or else the water will foul. Good luck :)
