Rotoworld is reporting that Mike Vick is set to sign with jacksonville....your thoughts?"?

I think it is a good move for him. He still has some fans in the area because of his atlanta ties and it is a small market team.

I knew Jacksonville was dumb, but I didn't think THAT dumb!

Can you please provide a link? Because I seriously doubt that this is true.

The Jaguars new GM Gene Smith has been cleaning out all of the troublemakers and players with behavioral problems on this team. This would go against what Gene Smith stands for.

Edit: Well, if you're not going to provide a link, then I will. Apparently, we are basing this off of what a reporter said on Twitter.

Michael Wright is reporting that Michael Vick will not go to Jacksonville and he's a beat writer for the Jaguars. He would obviously know more about what's going on with the Jaguars than some writer in San Francisco reporting something on Twitter.

I have yet to see any confirmation about that but I think that the Jaguars are the best team for Vick and Vick the best QB for that team.

I doubt it although Jacksonville, Washington, Buffalo would be one of the teams stupid enough to sign a far below average QB.

Uh...Since you don't have a link, my thoughts are BS...and since when is Vick a better option than David Garrard?...It wouldn't be as QB...They like Garrard...

MAYBE as a RB or WR...The Jags don't have RB Fred Taylor to help MJD anymore...

I'm not the largest fan of football, and moreso a fan of dogs...So I don't think that he should be allowed to play football again. He did do his time in jail, but I don't recall many, if any, run-of-the-mill felons being able to participate in high end jobs, let alone a professional sports one.

If the Jags can get anything from him this season and the defense step up it's look's good.

No they didn't. They reported that some @sshole sports writer said that.
