Bollinger Brut Special Cuvee, 750 ml should cost you about $60/$70 depending on local taxes. Tell him it's the champagne James Bond drinks (in the books and Connery movies), and you know how he was with the ladies.
Oh, and it's a pretty good champagne as well, usually rated between 89 and 92 by tasters.
